The staff are wonderful as is mr Nicholas green however I'm disgusted with how they lack to notify me when my primary doctor is no longer with them and I keep getting bounced around like a rag doll between the insurace company and the department here . Im starting to feel all the integrity Is going out the window literally with the higher up, regarding necessary updates etc. How can anyone establish a solid foundation when it keeps being knocked out from under them . It is disgustingly.sad I w/o hesitation will say there are a few phenomenal employers still employed but I constantly am replaced by others as soon as any propellers is achieved cusing all progress to cease and fall backwa rds . Doctor shahla Ahmad was awesome than she relocated and I was assigned to doctor Kenyans Davis and after rebuilding everything I end up being told now she is not available ....trust is earned not given this complicated so very much

Wednesday, 8/27/25, I went for cold signs and symptoms. I called, gave my info and they requested I come in. I came to the office. The nurse assistant done a tremendous job. She asked questions, took my vitals, swabbed my nose and throat then proceeded out the door. In walks Nicholas Green. A physician asst I had issues with before because he did not seem competent enough to handle my hypertension. I let that situation go and went elsewhere. I made no fuss when I saw him because I felt so sick. This man sat down and went over questions the nurse asst asked! He didn’t check my ears, or my chest. Then he told me it looks like I have the flu but then it don’t!!!!??????? He saw my expression so he said, β€œlet me show you.” He left the room and came back empty handed and said all we can do is wait to see if it gets worse! That’s when I got up and proceeded to leave. Then he said β€œI can give you a note to stay out of work.” I said I want medicine to return to work! I turned toward the door and he said, β€œyou want me to listen to your chest?” And said, β€œyou shouldn’t go to work like that”. I left. He is the WORSE healthcare provider I ever encountered! I have been a nurse over 30 years. He

My family and I initially chose Community Health Center for their community-focused work. While our first appointment went smoothly, subsequent experiences have been disappointing. Despite assurances of follow-up appointments, I've yet to receive any calls. When seeking medical advice, I was directed to urgent care instead of being seen in-office, and subsequent attempts to schedule appointments have been met with long wait times and unhelpful responses. During a recent sick call, after being bounced around and hung up on, I was told to go to the ER without consideration for alternatives like urgent care, despite the potential financial strain it may cause for patients. This lack of consistent care and prioritization of convenience over patient well-being is concerning and suggests systemic issues within the organization.

I saw Nick Green and was very happy with the appointment. He listened to me and my long medical history. He referred me to the specialists I need to see which is exactly what I hoped for! Would recommend to anyone. Cindy the nurse is AMAZING. She has been so nice and understanding and is always there to help me when I need it.

This place is the worst they gave me false information about when I can see someone about my physical they also made me change my primary care doctor so I can see this doctor Davis but apparently I still can't see her for what I wanted to see her for which was a physical which I told them on the phone the lady at the front desk made it seem like it was not her who I was talking to on the phone when I know it was her and I know her voice so I wasted a whole day change my primary care doctor for no reason and still can't get my physical and that means I have to start my job later. If needs any kind of check-up work and you're looking to use this place as a first stop to go to I say no go somewhere else save your time and your patience because they are completely rude and would send you an circle of why they can't do what you need them to do even though you ask them on the phone before you even set up the appointment
